This was my second DUI and I was a wreck. The prosecutor wouldn't deal, and you told me we would have to "play for the fumble," or accept the jail term they were offering. I was skeptical about paying your litigation fee, but it was worth it because they did fumble and you were there to jump on the ball. There are few words to express the level of expertise, determination and genuine compassion Dan personalized in my case. Dan, you look younger than you are, and I have to admit that I was skeptical that 1) you knew what you were doing and 2) that the prosecutors would take you seriously. I couldn't believe it when you convinced the prosecutor to reduce my DUI to a traffic citation. I couldn't believe it when you convinced the Judge to accept the reduction. I did believe it when the Judge told me I got a hell of a deal, and that not many lawyers would have gotten that under the facts of my case. I took a leap of faith with you, and I didn't see the result you got me coming. I think because of your youthful appearance and laid back attitude the prosecutor didn't see you coming or take you seriously until it was too late for them to react, and that is why you got the deal you did for me. --A
