Conviction Suspensions in Arizona DUI Cases
If you are convicted of a first offense DUI in Arizona (misdemeanors only), your license will be suspended for 90 days UNLESS you have already received an administrative license suspension from the Arizona MVD. If you have, your license will not be resuspended unless you exceed the point total allowance or get a DUI related to drugs under ARS 28-1381(a)(3).
It may not be in your best interest to fight the administrative hearing in a first offense DUI case.
