1) What percentage of your case load is currently DUI, or impaired driving related?
2) Do you accept cases other than DUIs, and if so, what kind?
3) How many DUI trials have you done in the past year?
4) How many active cases do you currently carry?
5) Is there a number of active cases you will not go beyond? If so, what number? If not, why?
6) Do you accept cases outside of the county where your office is located?
7) Will you be the attorney primarily responsible for my case? If not, who will be, and what will you do after I pay you, if anything?
8) If my case goes to trial, who will be lead counsel in my case?
9) If I decide to hire you, pay you, and then change my mind next week, do I get my money back?
10) Will I be responsible for costs in addition to the quoted attorney's fees?
11) How many DUI cases have you handled in your career?
12) How many DUI cases have you handled in the past year?
